After a year of design and re-design, the Sherpa has been launched! The first true carrying case for the iPad/iPad2 and designed for people on the go!
Just got my Sherpa and love it! I am a school administrator and will be using the iPad2 daily when I walk through classrooms and needed a way to use the iPad and keep it safe. I searched but never found something that looked polish and did not cost an arm and a leg! The customer service is superb. I emailed questions and Jay responded that very morning which was a Sunday. I had my Sherpa by Wednesday.
I gave my father one because he was having trouble stabilizing his Ipad on his lap. The standing tilt feature is awesome and it’s so easy to carry around since it has a strap! The materials are really nice too. Good job!
I LOVE this case. I am a ph.d in computer science and tried everything. I almost gave up when I found this Sherpa I just wish it came in different colors. I’d buy one of each! I’m serious this is the best!
The Sherpa is designed for the iPad 2. As you know, the iPad is slightly thicker than the iPad 2 and fits the Sherpa as well (snug). The Sherpa has the camera holes and other items customized to the iPad 2.
How tight does the ipad 2 fit into the case…i mean the size difference bewteen the first ipad and the second one is pretty big…
Finally someone has designed something which is not only practical but attractive for Ipads. I am thinking this would work for notebooks too.? I love the classic sleek leather design and the way it doubles as a stand for viewing. I gota have one :)
What an awesome concept! Coming from someone who has sworn by the convenience of a cross strap purse for 10 years, I think this is definitely a must.
